Frontline Sales Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 0 - 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
This role requires strong leadership, sales execution, and team development skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the BDO
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team
- Drive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom - Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged
- Professional certification - COP is an added advantage
- 0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
