Fundraising Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field NGO/Non-Profit
Essential
- Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner that is tailored to a range of audiences
- Excellent planning and organisation skills; ability to work independently and to make prompt decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills; You will interact with a wide range of people ranging from partners to volunteers
- Ability to steward relationships and build networks
Desirable
- Experience managing partnerships
- Knowledge of fundraising trends in the Social Impact sector is an added advantage
Qualifications, Certification & Training

Professional Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years experience working in Resource Mobilisation; This can include Fundraising, Business/ Partnership Development
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the Social Sciences or related fields, Business Management/ Finance
- Relevant professional certifications
- Proficiency in using co-working and advocacy platforms
