Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills):
Academic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Finance, Accounting, Business Admiration (Finance or Accounting option) economics or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
• First level degree in any of the following disciplines from an accredited University/College; Finance, Accounting, Business Admiration (Finance or Accounting option) economics or equivalent qualifications combined with the required work experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master’s degree.

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Passed Part III of Certified Public Accountants (CPKenya examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Be a registered member of Institute of Internal Auditors (II(Kenya Chapter) or any other a relevant professional body.
• Undertaken Leadership/Management course from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Computer application skills.

Previous relevant work experience required:

• A minimum period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience five (5) of which should have been in a senior management level
