Key Focus Areas:
Strategic leadership & innovation
- Membership experience
- Club operations (Golf, Sports, F&B, Hospitality) People & culture
- Finance & revenue growth
- Marketing & partnerships
- Governance & sustainability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's an advantage)
- 7+ years senior leadership in hospitality, sports, or club management
- Strong financial, operational & people leadership skills
