    Global Recruitment Manager

    Our client, a leading international agricultural insurance & technology company (12 countries, 3.4M farmers insured), is currently looking for a Global Recruitment Manager.

    As part of their global expansion, you will spearhead recruiting and talent acquisition and provide an efficient recruitment and selection service, improve current systems and create new systems where appropriate that will allow the client to meet it’s near and mid-term recruitment needs, while

    setting a foundation for recruitment going forward.

    Recruitment & Selection

    • Manage a wide portfolio of open positions across the organization.
    • Develop a thorough strategic recruiting plan that will fast track us to reach all our recruitment and hiring goals.
    • Liaise with hiring managers to design and execute a year-long hiring roadmap.
    • Develop and implement a clear analytics strategy and approach towards recruitment using data to drive decision making.
    • Refine pre-existing (and develop new) selection tools to ensure alignment between how we hire and what’s needed for each role.
    • Support Hiring Managers in making final hiring decisions.

    Outreach

    • Design and implement innovative ways to attract and source top talent to the organization.
    • Increase local and international awareness about Pula and the career opportunities available.
    • Plan and host outreach events and attend events hosted externally to enhance the clients' visibility.
    • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and establish partnerships to expand reach.

    Managing Systems

    • Maintain all Recruitment systems and propose better ways to enhance efficiency using technology.
    • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidates seamlessly move from one recruitment stage to the next.
    • Maintain an updated Recruitment tracker and input it with all the requisite candidate data.

    Who you are:

    • You have at least 5-7 years’ experience in recruitment - global and start-up experience preferred.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in a related field, required
    • You have a proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
    • You are extremely detail oriented and can manage a lot of moving parts at once
    • You have great project management skills with quick problem solving skills
    • You have an innovative and strategic mindset in approaching recruitment goals
