As part of our talent development strategy, Victory Farms is Victory Farms is recruiting Cohort 1 of the (2025 – 2027) Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme. We are on the lookout for graduates who have demonstrated impressive academic ability but have little or no experience in the world of Work.

GALT aims to provide an opportunity to Candidates to experience several different areas of the business before choosing a final career path within the Company. Those with very specific qualifications may specialize in one Department from the beginning.

Requirements

• Must possess a 2nd Class Upper undergraduate Degree in a Aquaculture and Fisheries Management, Business Degree.
• A Mean grade of at least B Plain in KCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of C+ in both English & Mathematics
• Must have graduated not more than 2 Years ago.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven and Innovative
• Commitment to excellence.

GALT Programme Details

• Rotation in a Department: This will bring perspective on how the Department operates and how different departments interact, and how they collectively contribute to the company’s success. This understanding will help you identify your areas of interest and strengths, which will guide you towards potential career paths within the organization.
• Comprehensive Training: You will receive in-depth training and mentorship from industry experts, allowing you to acquire a broad range of skills and knowledge.
• Real-World Experience: You will be exposed to practical, on-the-job training that will challenge and empower you.
