Graduate / Professional Engineer at Instep Business Solutions (I B S)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The Graduate / Professioinal Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to engineering projects and initiatives. They will work closely with the team to analyze and solve technical challenges, design and implement solutions, and provide technical support. Additionally, the Graduate / Professional Engineer will assist in gathering requirements, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field – Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing among others
• Registration with the Engineering Board of Kenya is an added advantage
• A2 German certification is an added advantage
• Other Certifications are an added advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience in engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management and multitasking
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends and advancements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
