Graduate Trainee at Louis Dreyfus Company

The Graduate Program combines classroom style trainings and on-the-job learning. You may be considered for the Corporate “Trading Academy”, along with the other commercial Graduates from other Regions (Slots allowing). The Trading Academy will include several modules covering key elements of cash trading.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

You will be evaluated through our Corporate Performance Management Process on your Business Learning Objectives as well as 10 Leadership Items as follows:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with specialization in Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Accounting & Finance, Economics and/or Business.
• Preferably to have work experience or an internship placement in a Commercial environment.
• Maximum of 2-years’ experience 
• Fluency in English is Essential.
