Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, candidate screening and onboarding activities.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support staff engagement, welfare and employee relations initiatives.
• Assist with HR administration, leave records and attendance tracking.
• Participate in training coordination and staff development activities.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
