    Graduate Trainee

    Job Description

    The graduate/trainee will report to the Production Manager - Flowers Department. Under this program, the graduate is expected to go through all sections of production and later evaluated for confirmation.

    Key responsibilities 

    1. Uphold compliance to Phyto-sanitary requirements at all time.
    2. Enforces/observe HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta HSE policy in all operations.
    3. Willing to go through all production processes for learning and exposure
    4. Attend tasks & projects allocated from time to time
    5. Be of unquestionable behaviour

    Qualifications
     
    The ideal candidate must possess the following qualification and competencies:

    1. A degree in Horticulture / Agriculture or its equivalent
    2. Relevant work experience (Growing Ornamental crops in a greenhouse setting) will be an added advantage.
    3. Data entry and analytical skills
    4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational skills.
    6. Good problem-solving skills
