Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor grant performance, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities and project needs.
• Track donor trends, funding landscapes, and opportunities to diversify income streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven track record in grant writing, fundraising, and donor management.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance, funding mechanisms, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
