Group Finance Manager at Freight In Time

As Group Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial and accounting of a multi country logistics business ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic financial planning to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and consolidation across all regional Countries
• Oversee the finalization of group company accounts and preparation of the consolidated group balance sheet.
• Oversee daily cash flow management and optimize working capital to ensure the right balance of liquidity, efficiency and profitability.
• Support & Comply internal and external audits to further strengthen healthier accounting and financial practice
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory and regulatory requirements in the all the Countries.
• Drive compliance and standardization in ERP/finance systems and reporting processes across all countries.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Implement and strengthen financial controls, systems and processes.
• Prepare and deliver board level presentations.
• Lead tax planning, risk management and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Work closely with Country Managers on operations and commercial activities to ensure finance is aligned with budgets and finance objectives.
• Hire, Lead, mentor and develop a strong regional finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
• Experience with logistic companies would be an added advantage
