    Growth Manager

    The Role

    • This is a management role, owning one of the most important engines of the business: how Greenspoon wins new customers, keeps them shopping, and grows their value over time.
    • You will own the growth system across acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaigns, customer journeys, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, assortment opportunities and new commercial ideas that can unlock the next stage of growth.
    • This is not a role for someone who only manages campaigns. It is for someone who can look at the full customer journey, see where the biggest opportunity sits, and build the system to unlock it.
    • You will lead a team of marketing analysts, designers and promoters, and you will work closely with product, tech, commercial, operations, finance and customer service.
    • This role exists to turn growth from a set of campaigns into a proper operating system.

    Some of the responsibilities:

    • Customer acquisition. Build and execute scalable strategies to bring in high-quality customers across paid media, organic channels, partnerships, referrals, offline activations and new growth channels.
    • Retention and repeat purchase. Own the customer journey after first order. Improve second order rates, 30-day activity, repeat frequency, reactivation and long-term customer value.
    • Performance marketing. Manage and improve campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels and any other high-potential channels. Make sure we know what works, what does not, and where to double down.
    • Lifecycle marketing. Build better customer journeys in Brevo and other tools. Welcome flows, second order flows, reactivation flows, win-back journeys, category journeys, loyalty journeys and customer education.
    • Customer offer and positioning. Make sure our offer is clear, strong and relevant for different customer segments. That includes convenience, quality, healthy products, value, discounts, full supermarket range and category-specific hooks.
    • Growth analytics. Track the metrics that matter: CAC, conversion, retention, repeat rate, second order rate, AOV, frequency, CLV, ROAS, campaign payback, churn and reactivation. Turn data into clear actions.
    • Creative testing. Build a strong testing machine for hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, ads and customer messages. Help the team learn faster and scale what works.
    • Product and customer experience. Work with tech and product to remove friction from the customer journey. Checkout, search, app experience, landing pages, category discovery, payments and repeat purchase flows.
    • Assortment-led growth. Spot product, category and business line opportunities that can attract new customers or grow existing ones. Work with the commercial team to turn those ideas into campaigns and offers.
    • Partnerships and new channels. Identify and build partnerships that can bring in the right customers at the right cost. Test new channels without losing discipline.

    Qualifications:

    • As this is a management team role, we consider candidates with at least 5 years of work experience.
    • You think and act like an entrepreneur, thinking creatively and strategically to identify and capitalize on opportunities. You ‘play to win’. You do not stop when you are tired, you stop when you are done.
    • Possession of a growth mindset, embracing challenges, learning from failures and constantly seeking new opportunities to improve. You have a razor sharp focus on the key actions that will move the needle.
    • Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and retention growth with a strong understanding of marketing funnel fundamentals and best practices.
    • You master the basics: excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, project management, problem-solving, eye for detail, communication and presentation skills.
    • Passion for food and a desire to innovate and disrupt the traditional model.
    • Strong people skills, able to build strong relationships with everyone in the business and be a coach and mentor.
    • Affinity with working with a premium brand with high-end customers is a plus.
    • Experience in a similar growth-focused role within e-commerce or a relevant industry is a plus.
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment such as (strategy) consulting, start-ups, scale-ups and investment banking is a plus.
    • International exposure and experience is a plus.
