    Growth Marketer

    Job Function:

    • Planning and building a scalable and repeatable model for demand generation building Lipa Later’s growth engine.
    • Continually test and innovate to identify new growth opportunities and scale winning strategies.
    • Continually develop creative experiments to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and retention.
    • Monitor and measure performance and incorporate effective approaches into Lipa Later’s marketing playbook.
    • Design and improve processes to gather qualitative and quantitative research to best understand Lipa Later’s customers.
    • Deeply understand and interface with Lipa Later’s customer base to design a marketing approach that resonates with Lipa Later’s target audience.
    • Build and manage a growth team, overseeing field, brand, engagement and communication functions.
    • Provide rapid insight and visibility into what drives business results and communicate those to cross functional and leadership teams.
    • Work closely with the business development team to ensure marketing strategies are informed and attuned to customer acquisition goals and enable achievement of sales targets.
    • Drive and communicate about new product launches from start to finish to build awareness for new product features and functionalities

    Must Have

    • Robust growth marketing background from within a B2C and B2B technology environment or a demand generation background.
    • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing / sales and marketing.
    • Degree in Business or related field.
    • Experience in creation of creative multi touch campaigns and love experimenting with new channels and tactics.
    • Strong track record of hitting / exceeding goals.
    • Extremely analytical, to have great financial acumen and are able to crunch the numbers.
    • Ability to digest data and are committed to data driven decision making.
