Our client, Bellmac Consulting LLP is a leading full-service firm that provides a wide range of specialist professional corporate advisory services to a diverse range of clients in Kenya and the wider East and Central Africa region.
They are seeking to fill the following position:
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Bachelor of Law Degree.
• Must be a Certified Public Secretary.
• Must be a Registered member of the Certified Public Secretaries Board.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in a middle-sized firm.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
