- Bachelor’s degree in Business in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Banking, E-Business, or Financial Services, with a proven record of driving sales and digital adoption.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, e-commerce and emerging payment solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
