Our client, a leading social enterprise, is seeking a Head of Finance & Procurement to lead financial strategy, sustainability, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a visionary finance leader who can balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution designing systems that drive transparency, efficiency, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will:
Build integrated financial models and procurement systems to support scale and impact
Strengthen financial planning, reporting, and risk management across the organization

Here are the ideal qualities of the candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA-K/ACCA required.
8–10 years in finance, including 4+ years in leadership.
Proven track record in financial compliance and financial systems design preferably in nonprofit or social enterprise settings.
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution, integrity, and a passion for impact-driven finance.
