Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing and brand management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in digital and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to strengthen brand image and ensure consistent market perception.
• Lead and manage the marketing and communications team.
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across all channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategy.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and public relations.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
• Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs).
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team.
