Head of Marketing at Moko Home + Living

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing strategies by driving end to end campaigns with an aim of increasing market share and enhanced competitiveness while working closely with the sales team.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF

1. Marketing 
   1. Establish effective working relationships with sales leadership to ensure that our products and services are supported through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs
   2. Participate and provide feedback in product development as you collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product in our markets
   3. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies that shall articulate our product offering, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing in order to meet organizational objectives.
   4. Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization
   5. Work closely with the Sales team to cultivate reference accounts for products and services; identify client success stories and work with marketing to create appropriate case studies and collateral
   6. ·Create compelling marketing campaigns in order to drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels
   7. Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
   8. Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences
2. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
   1. Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used
   2. Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for client webinar and whitepaper strategies
   3. Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to  highlight benefits of our products to our clients.
   4. Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
3. Project management
   1. Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and  tracking
   2. Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team  and key leadership
   3. Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution
4. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence 
   1. Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
   2. Conduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement client interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership
   3. Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts
