    Head of Sales and Distribution

    • Responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies and plans for the business 
    •  Responsible for setting comprehensive goals for products and ensure growth and success
    •  Responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of all branches
    • Responsible for the implementation of all sales related policies. Policies needs to be well communicated and enforced to enhance the business
    • Responsible for ensuring adequate operational controls for all products
    • Responsible for ensuring a well-functioning branch network operations
    • Responsible for actively contributing towards the preparation of the annual budget of the company
    • Responsible for preparing detailed monthly analysis of variances of the sales budgets of all products and branches
    • Responsible for ensuring a well-functioning logbook finance business
    • Responsible for ensuring adequate staff structures and best employees for operations
    • Responsible for the supervision of all branches
