Head of Sales (Country Manager) at City Walk Ltd

Job Purpose

• To drive overall sales performance, profitability, and market growth across all branches. The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading branch teams, optimizing stock movement, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the company’s vision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in retail sales management (fashion industry preferred).
• Proven track record in managing multiple branches or regions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement countrywide sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Branch Performance Management. Oversee performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Team Leadership & Development. Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams.
• Inventory & Stock Management. Ensure optimal stock levels across all branches.
• Customer Experience & Brand Growth. Ensure excellent customer service standards across all branches.
• Financial Management. Monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Reporting & Communication Prepare and present sales performance reports to directors.
• Compliance & Operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
