Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies; select and manage service providers and vendors for various services and utilities.
Facilities Management: Create and oversee the implementation of facilities management strategies to ensure optimal operation and maintenance.
Maintenance Management: Develop and manage maintenance strategies for the property.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory authorities.
External Utilities Management: Oversee the management of externally provided utilities (e.g., KPLC and Liwaseco).
Solid Waste Management: Ensure effective management of solid waste strategies.
Fiber Services: Oversee and manage the fiber provision for the development.
Relationship management: Manage the relationship with the property manager of Tilisi’s own residential developments to ensure effective management of these developments.
Levies: Coordinate the billing and collections of infrastructure and urban management levies.
Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for utilities and urban management.
Gap Analysis: Identify and address current gaps in service and utilities management.
Communication and Liaison: Manage departmental communication and act as a liaison between various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
5 years experience in facilities or services coordination within a similar industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
Adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations, such as emergency utility disruptions
