Minimum Qualifications and Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Professional qualification and current membership/accreditation to at least one national/ international HR body.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a People Operations/Talent Management role in a diverse organization.
• Track record of leading the HR function and partnering with senior leaders and their teams to influence the organization's strategy.
• Experience of shaping, leading and delivering projects successfully.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws, ideally in one or more of our markets.
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy.
• Experience with assessing talent management, executing performance management systems, and executing staff development plans.
