• The Head of Technology, will acts as a bridge between technology and business, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development Expertise:
• Strong background in software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Software Development Lifecycle Management:
• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Strategic Planning:
• Developing and implementing a technology strategy for software development that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership:
• Leading and managing a team of software developers, architects, and other technical professionals.
• Resource Management:
• Managing resources, including personnel, budget, and technology infrastructure, to ensure efficient and effective software development.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Optimizing software development processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Innovation and Technology Adoption:
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends, and driving innovation in software development practices.
