About This Opportunity
We are recruiting Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics for the Geography Middle East and Africa. This role can be located in multiple countries.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Total Rewards Framework that is effective, fair, engaging, and a catalyst for our business's success as well as utilizing the power of data to drive informed decisions related to our workforce.
You will work closely with our Group Functions and Market Area People Functions, Finance and Executive Management to comprehend the unique requirement of each stakeholder and create the simplified, consistent, and well communicated Total Rewards and People Analytics Delivery for the region.
