Healthcare Transformation Consultant at Kebarick Ventures

Kebarick Ventures is seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Healthcare Transformation Consultant to work with hospitals, healthcare organisations and leadership teams to improve performance, strengthen systems and deliver meaningful operational transformation.

This role is suited to someone who understands that healthcare transformation goes beyond policies and reports. We are looking for a professional who can identify operational challenges, analyse how services are delivered, redesign processes and help organisations implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality and patient experience.

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

The successful candidate will support assignments involving:

• Hospital operations and performance improvement
• Healthcare process and workflow redesign
• Patient journey and service-delivery optimisation
• Quality improvement and operational efficiency
• Digital health, HMIS and healthcare digitisation
• Healthcare strategy and organisational transformation
• Revenue-cycle and operational performance improvement
• Implementation of new systems, processes and service models
• Change management and staff engagement
• Development of practical recommendations, implementation plans and performance-monitoring frameworks
