Hospital Human Resource Officer at CDL Human Resource

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain employee records (attendance, contracts, leave management, etc.)
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary processes
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Prepare HR reports and documentation

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• CHRP certification or progress towards certification
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Hospital set up
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
