What you will be doing:

Waiter

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Kitchen Steward

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.

Housekeeping Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Follow housekeeping schedules and standards.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a courteous manner

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Certificate or Diploma in hotel management or related field
• Food handlers' certificate for Waiters, Kitchen Stewards
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
