Hotels & Hospitality Consulting Intern at JLL

The Internship will involve supporting Analysts, Associates and Vice Presidents on diverse range of assignments. It is expected that the individual will gain experience by working on assignments covering diverse geographical markets as well as different asset classes. This is a pre-entry-level support role which will allow the individual to test his/her appetite for a future career in Consulting and the Real Estate sector

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client advisory assignments; key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, etc.;
• Participation in the preparation of pitches, presentations and proposals;
• Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives, as required;
• Create and maintain business development tools, such as capability statements, case studies and credentials;
• Assist with the implementation of regional/global research publication initiatives;
• Assist with coordination, writing, design, research and production of research pieces as required;

 General Competences:

• Strong analytical background with attention to detail;
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Rigor and autonomy when working;
• Ability to meet deadlines with demanding timeframes.

Professional Competencies:

• Academic and/or Operations exposure to the Hotel industry is a must;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry;
• Good report writing skills in MS Word;
• Ability to prepare succinct PowerPoint presentations;
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of corporate email communication, Internet search, etc.
