What You Will Do
As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions within the organization, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview coordination.
• Supporting in drafting HR policies and updating employee records.
• Assisting in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Participating in training and development programs.
• Conducting research on HR best practices and labor laws.
• Ensuring confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams within a Windows environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR.
