    HR Intern

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recruitment
    • Budgeting, acquisition and payment of recurrent expenses and other company
    • Performance management
    • Policy formulation and maintenance of human resource procedures that comply with Kenyan laws
    • Managing employee records and contracts
    • Handling employees grievances and disputes
    • Host in house training programs
    • Employee relations
    • Ensuring the company has a motivated workforce.

    Job qualifications

    • 1 year experience.
    • Proficiency in oral AND written English.
    • Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
    • Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
    • A verifiable certificate of training in human resources or related fields.
