HR Management Trainee at Kilimall

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day HR activities, including attendance, leave and employee records management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in employee engagement, training and performance management activities.
• Handle assigned HR tasks and employee queries while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have graduated in 2025, be awaiting graduation in 2026, or be expected to graduate in 2027.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
