What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of extensive experience (preferably in large-scale hospitality).
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field + CHRP-K / SPHR certification.
- Strong expertise in Kenyan labor laws and HRMIS.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
