Job Description: Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this position is responsible for development and implementation of Employee strategies, policies, processes and procedures that contribute to high staff engagement, prompt and efficient employee service delivery, cordial industrial and employee relations. The role shall manage all human resource services in line with the overall HR strategy and plans.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree from a recognized university with professional qualification at Diploma Level and 5 years experience in a similar position. Masters qualification will be an added advantage.
