    Human Resource & Admin Officer

    Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, driving initiatives to support our employees and organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives.
    • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
    • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
    • Coordinate employee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development.
    • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to promote a positive and productive work environment.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
    • Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a culture of belonging and respect.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
