Job Description:

• Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies.
• Screen applications and maintain recruitment databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare interview documentation.
• Conduct background verification and coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
• Maintain accurate human resource documents
• Maintain confidential company information.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Maintain employee leave records as per company policies.
• Monitor daily staff attendance.
• Coordinate annual staff training program
• Coordinate probationary performance assessments.
• Respond to routine employee enquiries.
• Assist in disciplinary and grievance handling.  
• Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in Human Resources and HR Information Systems.
• Knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws, HRIS proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite.  

Academic qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management
