Human Resource Management & Administration Trainee at ShopIt Store

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Benchmarking and formulating position requirements.
2. Ensuring vacant positions get maximum exposure to potential candidates. 
3. Lead in the shortlisting, interviewing, recruiting, and orienting employees.
4. Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance.
5. Seeing to statutory deductions from the payroll and remittance to the relevant government bodies.
6. Researching, formulating, and implementing HR policies.
7. Will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing company polices.
8. Manage employee incentive programs and monitor payroll.
9. Following up on employee work performance.
10. All other assigned Human Resource-related responsibilities. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. At least a mean grade of B (plain) in KCSE/High School.
2. At least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
3. Human Resource Management Training experience.
4. Must be proficient with PCs and Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
5. Must be an advanced computer and internet user.
