Human Resource Officer at Delta Energy Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations, welfare, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate training, leave management, and payroll support.
• Ensure HR policies and labor laws are effectively implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• 3–4 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
• CHRP certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Salary Range: KSh 40,000 – 50,000 (gross per month)
