Human Resources Generalist at Jiji Kenya

As the Human Resource Assistant, you will offer support to the Human Resource Manager in all functions under the Human Resource department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are duties you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the recruitment process
• Maintain HR documentation
• Offer department managers support with their HR needs
• Act as liaison between management and staff
• Assist in performance management
• Assist in the training and development process
• Induction of new hires
• Prepare and maintain records
• Maintain personal files and documentation, prepare staff correspondence letters and
• ensure statutory regulations are followed
• Ensuring timely renewal of contracts and agreements
• Responsible for staff welfare like team bonding activities and staff engagement initiatives
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll in liaison with accounts department

REQUIREMENTS

We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 1 year experience as a HR in a busy organization
• Confident, fast learner and ability to multitask
• Possess high integrity and confidentiality.
