Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other ICT related discipline from a recognized Institution;
Served in the grade of Assistant Information Communication Technology Officer II or in an equivalent and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum of three (3) years
Possess a Professional Certification in Information Technology or other related disciplines from a recognized certifying body;
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Job Description
Monitor networks, information systems, and applications for security incidents and events.
Investigate incidents and respond to events in real time
Write detailed incident response reports
Install and operate encryption programs, and other security software
Fix vulnerabilities
Develop and promote best practices for networks and systems security
Conduct threat research
Perform periodic risk assessment and penetration tests
