Job Requirements

• The minimum level of academic qualifications required to perform effectively in the role is a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology or Computer Science.

The following professional qualification will be an added advantage:

• A+, N+, Cisco Network Certified Network Analyst (CCNA), CISA certification or any other related professional certification.

Minimum level of knowledge that would be regularly applied to the job:

• Demonstrate Knowledge on Software and Hardware Maintenance Computer literacy.

Job Description
Purpose of the job

• Responsible for provision of ICT infrastructure technical support, including network configuration, cabling, maintenance of computers and configuration of internet.

 
Operational responsibilities/Tasks

• Reporting to Principal ICT Officer
• Develop and install application systems
• Configure local Area network and Wide Area Network.
• Repair and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
• Draw hardware specification.
• Provide data backup for all ICT equipment and ensure they are secure
• Develop reports on ICT standards
• Ensure that the website and associated applications are updated from time to time.
• Conduct user support training
