Our client, a reputable company in the private security services sector, is seeking to recruit a competent and proactive ICT Officer to support the organization’s IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, ensuring network stability, and providing technical support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain and monitor the organization\'s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and support network systems, including connectivity and security.
• Ensure data security and protection of organizational systems and information.
• Perform server administration including monitoring and maintenance.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Provide user support and training on IT systems where necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system failures.
• Perform system backups and data recovery processes.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar ICT role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience in server administration and system maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
