We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Implementation Engineer to join our team and support the deployment and maintenance of our software applications for our clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with our development and client support teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of our software solutions, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure software applications in on-premise and cloud environments
Integrate applications with third-party APIs and ensure seamless data exchange
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful application deployments
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after implementation
Monitor application performance and proactively address any issues
Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end and back-end technologies and industry best practices
Assist in the development of deployment strategies and automation scripts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of software application deployment and configuration
Experience with on-premise and cloud deployment environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python)
Experience with deployment automation tools and scripting languages
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Java application deployment processes
Advanced SQL knowledge
API integration skills
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
