    In Charge –NGO & Donor Business

We are looking for a focused, self-driven and experienced professional who will be the key liaison between the bank, the development partners, private sector players and the clients.

    Reporting to Head-Institutions & Co-operatives Banking Department, we are looking for a person who combines, relationship management expertise with business acumen, constructively challenges the business and provides

    valuable insight to ensure optimal decision-making outcomes.

    The successful jobholder will be expected to:

    • Market to and onboard local & International NGOS (INGOs)
    • Assist in seeking and mobilizing deposits from development partners/clients and the International NGOs
    • Assist in scoping business levels with clear wallet sizes of all partnerships.
    • Write proposals and tenders to NGOs and Donor for banking business including CIT and consultancy services.
    • Provide capacity building to Co-operatives, pre-Co-operatives, associations and other self-help groups to enhance social-economic development of the people through wealth creation by working collaboratively with development partners/donors such as NGOs to directly impact agriculture, farmers and Co-operatives.
    • Act as a liaison between the bank, donors/development partners and Other private sector players.
    • Coordinate, implement, and monitor donor projects.
    • Provide leadership and relationship management to the bank’s NGO business by managing the NGOs portfolio and working with other business units for the growth of this business sector.

    Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

    Qualifications: –

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with experience ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in marketing & relationship management.
    • A Master’s Degree or relevant post graduate diploma will be an added advantage.
    • Working knowledge (not less than 2 years) of Banking, donor relations, proposal writing and/or general business/will be added advantage.
    • Strong conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate at different levels.
    • Excellent sales and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
