Incident & Risk Analyst at Teleperformance Kenya

Job Summary

The Risk & Incident Analyst will provide effective 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) oversight throughout all Lines of Business across multiple sites within the South African, Kenyan, Nigeria and Ghana jurisdiction.

The Risk & Incident Analyst will support in embedding Incident Management policy and process as well as our Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), and provide ongoing continued support to ensure all Incidents, Risks and issues are captured, monitored and effective Risk mitigation treatment plans and controls are in place.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Incident Management process.
• Assess, control, track, and report on all Incidents and Risks.
• Liaise with the Global Incident Response Team regarding management of Incidents.
• Help business leaders develop and implement key controls and Risk mitigation strategies.
• Support, educate, and guide the business on all elements of Incident and Risk management.
• Produce MI for governance.
• Participate in external and internal audits.

Requirements/ Skills 

• Diploma or degree in relate field 
• C1 grade of English language based on CEFR international scale.
• The ability to build strong relationships whilst ensuring the integrity of the 2LoD is not compromised.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Excel skills.
• Ability to create MI.
• Adaptable to fast paced changing environments.
