Independent Delivery Agent at Unateus

We invite intelligent people with business-oriented mind, vast experience in logistics/delivery, own vehicle and financial stability to participate in selection of Delivery Agents who will join the Unateus network as partners in Kenya

The given opportunity is suitable for Independent financially stable and experienced Delivery Agents who are eager to develop their own delivery network and become our Business Partners.

Note that we don't employ you because it's not a simple job we offer a business partnership for businessmen and employed people with stable financial status who would like to conduct business.

What we expect from you:

1. A self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking individual with a higher education;
2. Stable financial status (already employed or entrepreneur with 3 years of experience);
3. Strong business skills, preferably work experience in logistics/delivery/transportation fields;
4. Strong motivation to become a successful entrepreneur;
5. Fluent communication with people and ability to find approach to any person;
6. Ability to work with IT platforms (Web applications, Google, Excel and other);
7. Capability and desire to learn quickly we will provide everything you need;
8. Readiness to work hard it will not be easy!

Main responsibilities of agent:

1. Hire, train and monitor your own couriers/other employees;
2. Warehousing and stock management;
3. Last Mile (courier) delivery;
4. Cash on Delivery collection;
5. Cash on Delivery transfers on a daily basis;
6. Organization of all the processes of delivering orders/goods, cash on delivery collection, cash on delivery transferring, monitoring the stock;
7. Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
8. We'll support you in every process, no worries.
9. Make sure you have a strong internet connection, own vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and printer.
