    Independent Financial Advisors (IFA)

    Role Description

    • This is a remote role for an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) at Ndovu.
    • The IFA will help Ndovu find and sign up new clients for our investment products.
    • Share information about Ndovu’s services and explain how our products can help clients grow their money.
    • Support clients through the sign-up process, including helping them with forms and getting them set up on the platform.
    • Be available to assist clients after they’ve invested, answering any questions and guiding them as they manage their accounts.
    • Keep clients informed about new investment options, updates from the market, and any important news from Ndovu.
    • Follow Ndovu’s guidelines on how to present and sell our products, while also making sure all activities meet industry rules and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a financial advisor, sales agent, or similar role within the financial services industry.
    • Strong knowledge of investment products such as money market funds, ETFs, shares, and commodities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Kenya’s financial services sector.
    • Relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
