Applicants will be required to submit a brief, concept note on a research project that can be initiated and completed during the fellowship, using existing datasets (as primary data collection will not be supported).
Proposed projects should focus on one of the following disease conditions and incorporate a gender lens in both analysis and interpretation: HIV, Malaria, Pandemic-prone diseases, Reproductive health and various forms of Cancer.
Key Requirements:
Kenyan citizens or holders of a valid work permit
Currently employed by NPHI or the Ministry of Health
Commitment to fully participate in all aspects of the fellowship
