Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining data security, hardware/software specifications, and scheduling security backups.
• Logging and tracking technical problems and setting up preventive maintenance.
• Assisting staff with information processing and system compliance needs

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bachelor of BusinessInformation Technology (BBIT), or a related field. Relevant professional certificationssuchas CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of ICT systems, network administration, information security, andICTbest practices.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, routers,switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, AWS,orAzure, will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, security controls, and appropriate countermeasures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, andadapt toadynamic work environment.
