Information Communication Technology Officer- 5 at Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions

REQUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENT

For appointrnent to this grade, a candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other Information Communication Technolory related discipline from a recognized institution;
• Programming skills and development of ICT systems using Pyhon, Pert, PHP or any other language will be an added advantage; and
• Meet Chapter Six (6) ofthe constitution of Kenya zoro.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will be deployed to work at the Regional or County Offices under the guidance of a senior and experienced ofticer.

Specifically, duties and responsibilitics will be include:

• Providing technical support to end users for all handware and software to facilitate ease in the use of information technology in the operations of ODPP for enhancement of efficiency;
• Maintaining ODPP Information Commrrnisatisn fectmolosi Exstems to minimize system breakdovms that disrupt operations;
• Preparing ICT equipment maintenance Eports to ensure the maintenance is monitored for cost management purposes;
